About the role
- ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Provides student-specific health-related services as determined by the physician and assigned.
- Ensures that all activities conform to the district's guidelines.
- Reacts to change productively and handles other tasks as assigned.
Responsibilities
- Provides support to assist with the efficient operation of all nursing responsibilities.
- Performs routine first aid procedures and assists in screening ill or injured children according to established procedures.
- Supports the value of a healthy and safe school environment.
- Maintains CPR certification.

Requirements
- Must be a High School Graduate.
- Must have CPR Certification.
- Must have an EIPA score of 3.0 or higher.
- Must demonstrate knowledge of:
- Must be able to manually move, lift, carry, pull, or push heavy objects or materials up to fifty (50) pounds in the course of performing essential job responsibilities.
- Must be able to stoop, bend, and reach in the course of performing essential job responsibilities.
- Must be able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- All applicants who are conditionally considered for employment will, as a final step in the placement process, be required to submit to a drug screen test.
