Description DGR Systems, a growing premier technology consulting company, is looking for a Senior Engineer with expertise in Identity and Access Management (IAM ) solutions.
Provide technical leadership throughout project lifecycles from discovery through project completion.
Identify opportunities to improve identity security, governance, and operational efficiency.

Identity Solutions Delivery Lead the planning, implementation, migration, and optimization of identity and access management solutions.
Serve as the technical lead for medium to large customer engagements.
Develop implementation plans, technical documentation, and deployment methodologies.
Documentation and Quality Create and maintain high-quality technical documentation.
Maintain adherence to DGR Systems delivery methodologies and standards.

The ideal candidate must be an excellent communicator with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts and provide consultative guidance to customers.
Requirements 5+ years of experience in the IT industry with at least 3 years focused on Identity and Access Management solutions.
Experience with Okta or other enterprise identity platforms.
Experience with PIM, PAM, RBAC, and least-privilege security models.
Experience with PowerShell and automation technologies.
