About the role
- The Data Operations Analyst position requires highly motivated problem solvers with solid analytical abilities, strong organizational skills, and a desire to advance within the organization.

Responsibilities
- Demonstrate creativity and efficient use of relevant software tools, analytical methods and computer models to develop solutions.
- Develop analyses and financial models using transactional data and/or financial data. Perform data quality checks, develop test plans, identify anomalies, and ensure data integrity through audits.
- Provide support on all aspects of small to medium sized clients and discrete segments of larger projects.
- Broad-based data support across business units, products, and services.
- Help manage parts of the project and/or product lifecycle across client implementations and/or practice initiatives.
- Implement test plan to ensure manufacturer customizations are applied accurately across products.

- This position will provide broad-based data support across business units, products, and services.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent, and an undergraduate level understanding of business, finance, accounting, statistics, product development or data analysis.
- Strong technical skills, including the ability to independently execute complex data analytics in SQL, R, or Python.
- Knowledge of market research methodologies, including data collection, analysis, and competitor analysis.
- 2+ years SQL, R, or Python experience with a focus in data analytics.
- An interest in growing these skills and training others is required.

Compensation
- 80,000 - 115,000
