- Position Overview The Revenue Cycle Specialist will serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) on order to cash handling tasks.

Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in a contact center, data entry, or customer service environment.
- 2+ years of experience in multiple computer systems
- Proven ability to solve complex problems related to overall workflow processes.
- Working knowledge of HIPAA Laws.
- Working knowledge of laboratory terminology.
- with a demonstrated ability to navigate multiple systems within order workflow and manipulate files into PDF.
- Ability to actively contribute in the process improvement process.
- ability to understand business processes.
- Ability to problem solve and stay organized.
- Ability to s tay f o c u s ed o n a t a s k and w ork i n d epe n den t l y.
Nice to have
- Experience with project-based work.
- Peer mentorship experience.
- Experience supporting multiple work streams concurrently.
- Process documentation experience with Microsoft Visio or similar programs.

- The annual base salary shown is for this position located in US - WI - Madison on a full-time basis.
