About the role

- Our team is looking for a Quality Director to join them.
Requirements
- 10+ years of progressive quality leadership experience within aerospace, aviation, defense, or other highly regulated manufacturing environments.
- 5+ years of experience in a senior quality management or director-level leadership role.
- Advanced knowledge of AS9100, ISO 9001, AS9102, FAA regulations, customer flow-down requirements, and aerospace quality standards.
- Experience leading internal, supplier, customer, regulatory, and third-party certification audits.
- Strong working knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, RCCA, 8D, FMEA, SPC, MSA, APQP, and PPAP methodologies.
- Experience managing supplier quality, customer quality, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- C.F.R. §120.15 is required. "U.S. Person" includes U.S. Citizen, lawful permanent resident, asylee, or refugee.
Nice to have
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, Aerospace Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical discipline (Master's degree preferred).
