- RBT Development: We invest in our RBTs by providing paid training for them to obtain certification along with consistent training throughout their employment.
Responsibilities
- You will have a supportive, senior BCBA to walk alongside you, answer questions and develop treatment strategies.
- Experienced Mentors: You will have a supportive, senior BCBA to walk alongside you, answer questions and develop treatment strategies.
- Develop and execute a mentorship program for BCBAs, developing competencies and strong foundations for quality service delivery.
- Develop and monitor the systems for supervision and mentoring of students in academic programs for behavior analysis.
- Provide meaningful employee training to effectively grow and develop skills of registered behavior technicians.
- Lead staff development initiatives to address all areas of quality service delivery.
- Design and oversee individualized programs for children diagnosed with autism spectrum disorders, ages 2-10, in natural settings of a small caseload.
- Collaborate with the Operations Director to effectively manage the appropriate assignment of cases, and assigned hours

Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a BCBA
Skills
- Continuous monitor ing, employment and refinement of systems for supervision of registered behavior technicians.
- Ensure quality of care is delivered companywide through development and implementation of treatment quality and integrity protocols.
- Conduct client onboarding, including timely responses to caregiver inquiries, initial pre-screenings, and intake process es.
- Conduct interviews and prov ide feedback on candidates for open positions.
