About the role
- In this role, you will gain exposure to claims processes, medical billing review, and insurance operations while working alongside experienced Claims Representatives and Examiners.
- This role plays a key part in ensuring claims are processed accurately, efficiently, and in compliance with company guidelines.

Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date claim files, including reserves and supporting documentation
- Provide general administrative and clerical support to the claims team

Requirements
- no prior claims experience required
- Strong attention to detail and ability to accurately review information
- Ability to learn new systems, processes, and insurance concepts
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Post-secondary certificate from a college or technical school is helpful but not required
- Final candidates will be required to complete post-offer verification processes related to the role and in accordance with applicable laws.
