Responsibilities
- Lead delivery of complex, multi-workstream clinical quality and performance transformation engagements, partnering directly with hospital executive leadership to ensure alignment across clinical, operational, and administrative stakeholders.
- Own end-to-end workplan execution, coordinating cross-functional teams and driving accountability to achieve measurable clinical quality, operational, and financial outcomes.
- Bring deep expertise in acute care hospital operations and transformation, with a strong ability to leverage EMR and performance data to inform decision-making and drive sustainable workflow change.
- Build and maintain trusted, collaborative relationships with physicians and clinical leaders to drive adoption of evidence-based practices and consistent standards of care.
- Lead implementation efforts across areas such as quality improvement, patient safety, infection prevention, sepsis, surgical quality, complications, mortality, readmissions, and performance scorecards.
- Monitor progress against defined metrics and scorecards, ensuring initiatives deliver sustained outcomes beyond initial implementation.
- Build, lead, and mentor high-performing project teams, fostering strong collaboration, accountability, and results orientation.
Requirements
- Strong working knowledge of hospital operations, EMR systems, quality metrics, and performance scorecards.
- Candidate must be able to submit verification of his/her legal right to work in the U.S., without company sponsorship.
- Minimum of 7+ years of experience in acute care or healthcare settings, with a strong emphasis on hospital operations, clinical quality, performance improvement, and transformation.
- Bachelor's degree required in Nursing, Public Health, Healthcare Administration, Health Information Management, or a closely related field. Advanced degree (MPH, MHA, MSN, MBA, or similar) preferred.
- Demonstrated experience leading large-scale implementation initiatives, including but extending beyond assessments or strategy design.
- Proven ability to partner effectively with physicians, nursing leaders, and executive teams to drive change and adoption of evidence-based practices.
- Experience building, leading, and developing high-performing teams focused on patient outcomes, quality, and operational performance.
- Excellent executive communication, facilitation, and change management skills.
Nice to have
- Professional certifications (e.g., CPHQ, CIC, Lean/Six Sigma) preferred.
- Advanced degree (MPH, MHA, MSN, MBA, or similar) preferred.

Compensation
- $ 125,000 - $200,000
- Job title and compensation to be determined based on qualifications and experience.
