Lead delivery of complex, multi-workstream clinical quality and performance transformation engagements, partnering directly with hospital executive leadership to ensure alignment across clinical, operational, and administrative stakeholders.
Own end-to-end workplan execution, coordinating cross-functional teams and driving accountability to achieve measurable clinical quality, operational, and financial outcomes.
Bring deep expertise in acute care hospital operations and transformation, with a strong ability to leverage EMR and performance data to inform decision-making and drive sustainable workflow change.
Build and maintain trusted, collaborative relationships with physicians and clinical leaders to drive adoption of evidence-based practices and consistent standards of care.
Lead implementation efforts across areas such as quality improvement, patient safety, infection prevention, sepsis, surgical quality, complications, mortality, readmissions, and performance scorecards.
Monitor progress against defined metrics and scorecards, ensuring initiatives deliver sustained outcomes beyond initial implementation.
Build, lead, and mentor high-performing project teams, fostering strong collaboration, accountability, and results orientation.

Strong working knowledge of hospital operations, EMR systems, quality metrics, and performance scorecards.
Candidate must be able to submit verification of his/her legal right to work in the U.S., without company sponsorship.
Minimum of 7+ years of experience in acute care or healthcare settings, with a strong emphasis on hospital operations, clinical quality, performance improvement, and transformation.
Bachelor's degree required in Nursing, Public Health, Healthcare Administration, Health Information Management, or a closely related field. Advanced degree (MPH, MHA, MSN, MBA, or similar) preferred.
Demonstrated experience leading large-scale implementation initiatives, including but extending beyond assessments or strategy design.
Proven ability to partner effectively with physicians, nursing leaders, and executive teams to drive change and adoption of evidence-based practices.
Experience building, leading, and developing high-performing teams focused on patient outcomes, quality, and operational performance.
Excellent executive communication, facilitation, and change management skills.
