About the role

  • In this role, you'll be responsible for conducting chemical assays, analyzing therapeutic molecules, and supporting product characterization through chromatographic and electrophoretic methods.
  • Analyze sample data, recognize abnormal results, and proactively troubleshoot technical issues by modifying methods or procedures.
  • Author technical protocols, reports, and method procedures while performing peer reviews to ensure high-quality data integrity.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct and document laboratory experiments on biopharmaceuticals and vaccines in strict compliance with regulatory guidelines and GMP procedures.
  • Develop and perform analytical methods, including HPLC, UPLC, and CE to characterize product quality and quantity in support of process development.
  • Qualify and maintain analytical instrumentation while ensuring a clean, safe, and organized laboratory work environment.
  • Familiarity with assay validation and technology transfer to third-party partners
  • Ability to quickly learn and implement new analytical techniques or methods

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, or a related scientific field
  • Proficiency in HPLC/UPLC instrumentation and experience following GMP laboratory documentation requirements
  • What You Need to Succeed (minimum qualifications):

Nice to have

  • Experience with Karl Fisher titration and protein sample preparation
