About the role

This role reports to the Head of Acquisition / Growth in the Marketing function.

You will develop the hooks, angles, scripts, briefs, and creative insights that fuel paid media performance across channels, with a focus on Meta and TikTok.
ABOUT THE ROLE The Ad Creative Strategist owns performance creative strategy, process, and analytics across all paid media channels.

3-6+ years of experience in creative strategy, performance marketing, paid social, growth marketing, content strategy, or related roles.
Strong understanding of Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Google, UGC, creator-led content, and paid social creative formats.
Ability to write clear creative briefs, ad hooks, scripts, messaging angles, and testing hypotheses.
you can read performance data and translate it into actionable creative direction.
Strong customer research instincts, including the ability to mine reviews, comments, surveys, competitor ads, and product insights for creative angles.
Comfort working with designers, editors, creators, copywriters, agencies, and performance marketers.
Ability to operate in a lean, fast-moving environment with ambiguity, limited resources, and high expectations.
