About the role
- We're excited to add an Assistant General Counsel, Finance & Strategic Transactions to our growing Legal team!
- Draft and negotiate joint venture, partnership, contribution, shareholder, and related governance agreements.
- Provide strategic advice on deal structures, terms, and conditions to achieve favorable outcomes and minimize legal risk.

Requirements
- You hold a J.D. from an accredited law school and an active license to practice law in at least one U.S. jurisdiction, with 4+ years of experience in project finance, corporate, and/or transactional practice.
Compensation
- $175k-$225k
Benefits
- The salary range for this role is $175,000-$225,000 and has a bonus opportunity.
