About the role

First consideration will be given to Category 1.
PCS: Permanent Change of Station (PCS) costs, MAY be authorized.
Authorization for payment of PCS expenses will be granted ONLY after determination is made that payment is in the best interest of the Florida National Guard.

The experience must include knowledge of standard shop terminology.
A basic knowledge of mechanical principles relating to equipment.
Experience must demonstrate the ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical publications.
Experience using computer and automation systems.
experience in the use of tools and test equipment
experience which provided knowledge of maintenance programs and techniques
If the military tour member, who has reemployment rights to this position, does not exercise his/her reemployment rights within 5 years, the selected individual may remain in this position without further competition.
If the military tour member, having reemployment rights to this position, does not exercise his/her rights within 5 years, this position may be converted to a permanent status without further competition.
