Support all aspects of vocal recording logistics, including stage prep, talent coordination alongside Talent Relations and Casting departments, asset tracking, and post-session distribution of takes
Update and maintain all music trackers, keeping records current throughout production

The Music Assistant supports the Music Team in the day-to-day execution of the music production process, from script breakdown through final mix and delivery.

1+ years prior experience in a music production or music assistant role
Proficiency with shared trackers, spreadsheets, and file management systems (e.g., shared drives, OMT-style documents)
Bachelor's degree in a music related field
Experience with pro tools
As part of our selection process, external candidates may be required to attend an in-person interview with an NBCUniversal employee at one of our locations prior to a hiring decision.

Familiarity with music licensing, recording session logistics, and SAG payment processes is a plus
Animation experience a plus
