About the role

  • Role Summary The Project Manager is responsible for the successful execution of renewable energy engineering projects for Revamp's EPC clients, with full accountability for project scope, schedule, budget, and deliverables.
  • The Project Manager serves as a key point of contact for clients and helps translate Revamp's values into a trusted relationship, delivering clear, consistent project results.
  • Prepare and review project scopes, budgets, schedules, and work plans for external subconsultants.

Responsibilities

  • This role leads multiple smaller projects or several complex projects concurrently, coordinating internal teams and subconsultants to ensure high-quality, on-time, and on-budget delivery.
  • Duties & Responsibilities Project Delivery & Execution Own overall engineering scope, schedule, and budget from project kickoff through closeout.
  • Manage several complex projects simultaneously.
  • Coordinate and manage internal engineering discipline teams and external subconsultants to ensure timely and accurate deliverables.
  • Lead and participate in project meetings with clients, internal teams, and subcontractors.
  • Team Support Assign tasks to and direct engineering discipline team members to complete project assignments.
  • Plan and coordinate detailed aspects of engineering work in collaboration with technical leads.
  • Support a collaborative, accountable, and transparent project team environment.
  • Additional Responsibilities Perform essential duties, including meeting project deliverables and deadlines.
  • Perform additional related duties as assigned or directed.

Requirements

  • Experience, Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities Required Bachelor's degree in engineering, Construction Management, or a closely related field.
