About the role
- Role Summary The Project Manager is responsible for the successful execution of renewable energy engineering projects for Revamp's EPC clients, with full accountability for project scope, schedule, budget, and deliverables.
- The Project Manager serves as a key point of contact for clients and helps translate Revamp's values into a trusted relationship, delivering clear, consistent project results.
- Prepare and review project scopes, budgets, schedules, and work plans for external subconsultants.
Responsibilities
- This role leads multiple smaller projects or several complex projects concurrently, coordinating internal teams and subconsultants to ensure high-quality, on-time, and on-budget delivery.
- Duties & Responsibilities Project Delivery & Execution Own overall engineering scope, schedule, and budget from project kickoff through closeout.
- Manage several complex projects simultaneously.
- Coordinate and manage internal engineering discipline teams and external subconsultants to ensure timely and accurate deliverables.
- Lead and participate in project meetings with clients, internal teams, and subcontractors.
- Team Support Assign tasks to and direct engineering discipline team members to complete project assignments.
- Plan and coordinate detailed aspects of engineering work in collaboration with technical leads.
- Support a collaborative, accountable, and transparent project team environment.
- Additional Responsibilities Perform essential duties, including meeting project deliverables and deadlines.
- Perform additional related duties as assigned or directed.
Requirements
- Experience, Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities Required Bachelor's degree in engineering, Construction Management, or a closely related field.
