Physical Therapy license and eligibility to provide these services in

Skills

daily notes, monthly reports, quarterly reports, annual reviews, triennial evaluations, annual assessments, etc.
The Physical Therapist may be asked to supervise Physical Therapy Assistants as needed.

Compensation

$96,917.36 - $103,701.57 annually, commensurate with education and experience You deserve to work somewhere that gives back to you!
