About the role
- Schedule: Full-time, 7.5-hour shifts. Monday-Friday
- This position requires an individual who thrives in a fast paced environment and can effectively manage tight deadlines. Flexibility is essential, as the role may involve working evenings, weekends, or night shifts depending on customer project timelines.
Responsibilities
- Deliver training sessions related to trench shoring systems
- Support customer inquiries via phone and email, including preparing quotes as needed
- Maintain ongoing customer communication, including follow up and relationship management during slower periods to support retention
Requirements
- Experience within construction and or shoring environments
- Knowledge of rental equipment and fleet operations
- Excellent problem solving skills and ability to assess site specific challenges
- The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong commitment to workplace safety and consistently adhere to safe work practices.
- Experience reading site drawings, rigging equipment, or understanding soil conditions is considered an asset.
