About the role

  • A Trust Operations Specialist II is responsible for the accounting functions undertaken by the Trust Department in its administration of trusts, agency accounts, estates, conservatorships and IRAs.
  • Post all transactions on the trust accounting system accurately and without direction
  • Has thorough understanding of cash movement within the trust accounting system and how if affects the trust cash DDA accounts.

Requirements

  • 5 years Related experience required.
  • Strong working knowledge of word processing and spreadsheet software, including Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Ability to accomplish work assignments under minimal supervision and tight deadlines

Nice to have

  • High school diploma or GED preferred.

Skills

  • Effective written and verbal communication and presentation skills
  • Demonstrated effective time and project management skills
  • Well-developed analytical and critical reasoning skills

Compensation

  • The pay range for this role is $23.98 - $29.00.
