About the role
- A Trust Operations Specialist II is responsible for the accounting functions undertaken by the Trust Department in its administration of trusts, agency accounts, estates, conservatorships and IRAs.
- Post all transactions on the trust accounting system accurately and without direction
- Has thorough understanding of cash movement within the trust accounting system and how if affects the trust cash DDA accounts.
Requirements
- 5 years Related experience required.
- Strong working knowledge of word processing and spreadsheet software, including Microsoft Word and Excel
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Ability to accomplish work assignments under minimal supervision and tight deadlines
Nice to have
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
Skills
- Effective written and verbal communication and presentation skills
- Demonstrated effective time and project management skills
- Well-developed analytical and critical reasoning skills
Compensation
- The pay range for this role is $23.98 - $29.00.
