Responsibilities
- Take ownership of projects from concept through completion, contributing across all phases of design and delivery.
- Partner with Project Managers and Project Designers to execute project tasks, including coordinating and overseeing interior documentation.
- Prepare and manage design development and construction documentation to ensure quality, accuracy, and consistency.
- Lead and oversee the production work of junior designers, providing guidance and quality control.
- Review, coordinate, and process construction administration documents throughout the construction phase.
- Conduct and organize research on materials, products, and construction methods to support design solutions.
- Mentorship from Managing Directors, Design Directors, and senior team members across disciplines.

Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or Interior Architecture.
- 5+ years of professional experience across all phases of interior architecture projects.
- Strong understanding of building codes, applicable regulations, construction materials, and specifications.
- Proficiency in Revit; working knowledge of Rhino and Adobe Creative Suite preferred.

- If you are hired at LPA, your base salary is based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, experience and/or project complexity.
