About the role

Build and manage the U.S. business data platform, covering end-to-end data integration from customers, 3PL providers, external partners, and internal business systems to the data warehouse and BI presentation layer.

Design and maintain integrations for customer Sell-out, Inventory, and other external business data.
Develop and maintain integrations with SAP, OMS, TMS, WMS, CRM, GCRM, and GRS systems.
Design and maintain APIs, EDI, SFTP, CSV, Excel, SharePoint, and other integration interfaces.
Design and maintain the enterprise data warehouse architecture, including ODS, DWD, DWS, DM, and Semantic Layer.
Develop fact tables, dimension tables, snapshot tables, bridge tables, and master data models.
Establish a stable, standardized, and scalable data foundation to support business analytics, AI applications, Power BI, self-service analytics, and management decision-making.
Collaborate with the Global Headquarters data team, U.S. business teams, and external partners to ensure alignment with corporate data standards while supporting local business requirements.

Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in Data Engineering, ETL, or Data Warehouse development.
Strong SQL skills and experience with MySQL, Oracle, or similar databases.
Hands-on experience with Microsoft Fabric, FineReport, or similar data platforms.
Fluency in both spoken and written English and Mandarin is required.
