About the role
- The ICQA Analyst is a floor-level inventory accuracy and compliance role responsible for executing cycle counts, investigating discrepancies, and ensuring that inventory transactions and documentation meet Factor's control standards.
- This is a hands-on role with direct impact on the accuracy of inventory data used across the business.
- Execute daily and scheduled cycle counts across assigned areas; investigate and resolve count variances
Responsibilities
- Support physical inventory counts and reconciliation during period-end or audit events
- Document findings and contribute to root cause analysis on recurring discrepancies
- Maintain accurate records of inventory movements, adjustments, and audit outcomes
- Partner with warehouse and operations teams to enforce inventory SOPs and proper handling procedures
- ability to perform accurate data entry and transaction auditing
Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in inventory control, warehouse operations, or a related field
- Hands-on experience with ERP or WMS systems
- Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets
Nice to have
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or a related field preferred

- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and documentation skills
