Responsibilities

  • Anticipate and surface human capital trends that influence business performance, and drive decisive action.
  • Partner across COEs to shape and deliver the people strategy behind critical initiatives and corporate development efforts impacting Wealth Management Products and Solutions.
  • Bring an enterprise lens to identify innovative solutions, while leveraging programs, policies, and tools to improve results and manage risk.
  • Act as a trusted partner to the EVP on complex organizational changes, leading through transformation with clarity and confidence.
  • Assess the impact of evolving strategies on workforce effectiveness, lead design and due diligence efforts, and drive seamless implementation, including during high-stakes events such as mergers and acquisitions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 10+ years of Human Resources experience

Nice to have

  • 12+ years of Human Resources experience, with depth supporting complex, matrixed, and/or global organizations
  • Brings strong business acumen and a data-driven, solutions-oriented mindset, with the ability to translate strategy and insights into practical HR outcomes
  • In-Office Collaboration
  • Working together, in-person, is foundational to how we achieve results.
  • Our employees work in the office at least four (4) days per week, with flexibility to work from home one (1) day per week.
  • Some roles may require additional in-office time or different in-office expectations, and specific requirements will be discussed during the hiring process.

Compensation

  • The estimated base salary for this role is $122,400 - $168,300 / year.
  • We have a pay-for-performance compensation philosophy.
  • Your initial total compensation may vary based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and geographical work location.
  • In addition, most of our roles are eligible for variable pay in the form of bonus, commissions, and/or long-term incentives depending on the role.
