Job Description Are you a strategic HR leader ready to make a significant impact?

Anticipate and surface human capital trends that influence business performance, and drive decisive action.
Partner across COEs to shape and deliver the people strategy behind critical initiatives and corporate development efforts impacting Wealth Management Products and Solutions.
Bring an enterprise lens to identify innovative solutions, while leveraging programs, policies, and tools to improve results and manage risk.
Act as a trusted partner to the EVP on complex organizational changes, leading through transformation with clarity and confidence.
Assess the impact of evolving strategies on workforce effectiveness, lead design and due diligence efforts, and drive seamless implementation, including during high-stakes events such as mergers and acquisitions.

12+ years of Human Resources experience, with depth supporting complex, matrixed, and/or global organizations
Brings strong business acumen and a data-driven, solutions-oriented mindset, with the ability to translate strategy and insights into practical HR outcomes
In-Office Collaboration
Working together, in-person, is foundational to how we achieve results.
Our employees work in the office at least four (4) days per week, with flexibility to work from home one (1) day per week.
Some roles may require additional in-office time or different in-office expectations, and specific requirements will be discussed during the hiring process.

The estimated base salary for this role is $122,400 - $168,300 / year.
We have a pay-for-performance compensation philosophy.
Your initial total compensation may vary based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and geographical work location.
In addition, most of our roles are eligible for variable pay in the form of bonus, commissions, and/or long-term incentives depending on the role.
