About the role
- The position has been adjusted with the expectation that team members will be able to commute daily to the Tripoint area (where Indiana, Ohio, and Michigan meet), or near Ann Arbor, MI.
- This role is onsite in the Ann Arbor or Angola Office when they are not traveling.
- Travel is expected to be around 65% a month.
Responsibilities
- By positioning our team near this future hub, we're laying the groundwork for a smooth transition and ensuring that everyone will be within reasonable commuting distance once the building is in place.
Requirements
- Demonstrate the ability to troubleshoot, test, repair, and service technical equipment
- Demonstrate functional knowledge of Wavetronix non‐core product line 12 Month Milestones
- Ability to install, configure, troubleshoot, and demonstrate all Wavetronix products
- Candidates must be able to communicate effectively via email, phone, and in person.
Nice to have
- 3+ years in technical sales or technical networking support Have clear written and verbal communication skills Technical degree (EE, EET) or certifications in ITS/traffic industry (preferred)
