Responsibilities
- We deliver sustainable innovations that elevate everyday products.
- Partner with Quality to ensure products meet established standards and lead deviation investigations with CAPA alignment
- Maintain accurate production documentation in line with retention policies
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives (6S) and operational excellence on the shop floor
- Are you ready to lead production operations and make a measurable impact on safety, quality, and performance?
- Lead daily shift reporting and shop floor tier meetings using the IFF Operating System
- Proven ability to lead teams, manage priorities, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment
Requirements
- Knowledge of GMP, HACCP, OSHA requirements, and food or chemical manufacturing processes
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with SAP or similar systems
- Ability to operate powered industrial equipment (e.g., forklifts, reach trucks)
- Physical capability to meet job demands (lifting, pushing/pulling materials as required)
