Responsibilities
- Through both continued training and direct experience, lead staff and prepare an environment where guests, staff, and volunteers are well cared for by preparing a distraction free environment for kids to encounter Jesus Christ.
- This is a support role that works alongside the Sites and Facilities Superintendent to learn and help lead all aspects of the Sites and Facilities Department.
- Develop a recognition and action plan for guest needs/requests in order to partner with our guests; meeting their needs and supporting an environment where guests are heard.
- Build relationships that reflect the character of God with guests, staff, vendors and neighbors to foster healthy community.
- At all times, maintain a pleasant, positive attitude toward staff and others involved in the program, conveying the idea of maximum service consistent with the capabilities of the property and equipment.
Requirements
- and (b) subscribe to the statements and policies required of all Young Life staff, including the Young Life Statement of Faith.
- (i) be ready, willing and able to fulfill such ministry functions as may be required by the organization
- Maintain operating records as required by the site and facilities superintendent.
- Execute daily responsibilities with attention to the standards and metrics required for excellent camp operations.
Compensation
- With direction from supervisor, develop an annual personal spiritual growth plan.
Benefits
- Currently this position comes with a 17% COLA and a housing stipend (when applicable) which are subject to change.
