Responsibilities
- Lead and inspire cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional product experiences.
- Strategic Growth & Optimization: Identify and pursue new opportunities to enhance user value, increase conversion, and drive revenue, while continuously optimizing existing features and experiences.
- Market & User Research: Cultivate a deep understanding of market trends, partner industries, and user needs through thorough research and insightful questioning to inform product development.

Requirements
- 4-6 years of product management experience or relevant experience in roles involving decision-making, cross-functional work, and customer-centric thinking.
- deep experience with SQL, dashboarding, product analytics, product experimentation, and data-informed decision-making.
- The ability to work out of the Cambridge, MA office 3x a week
- Operate with a high degree of autonomy, independently troubleshoot complex issues, and navigate ambiguity to drive solutions without getting stuck.
Compensation
- $143,000-$165,000
