About the role

  • We are seeking an AI Business Partner to join our team as we build, support, and implement our AI strategy at Zynga.
  • In this role, you play a key part in ensuring individuals throughout the business are well-positioned to benefit from this exciting new technology, including collaborating directly with partner teams, deploying limited evaluations, working with vendors, developing important resources and reference materials, and assessing the overall impact of these tools.

Responsibilities

  • Work with stakeholders across disciplines (e.g. the Art community) to develop, track and report on business KPIs relevant to AI implementation
  • Assess the adoption and efficiency of these services to inform if we should modify the terms of our engagement, migrate to a new solution, or eventually build our own.
  • Assist in AI governance and compliance of third-party providers by working with Legal and other partners including maintaining the status of each vendor, tracking issues, managing tickets, coordinating meetings, and reporting to management.

Requirements

  • B.S. or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Business Administration or other relevant fields
  • Understanding and knowledge of AI applications and methods
  • Experience in project management, production, and/or product management
  • Experience managing relationships with third-party vendors
  • Ability to work independently with minimal direction
  • Ability to challenge and influence in a collaborative way
  • Experience using or building AI
  • Strong communication and analytical skills
  • Ability to manage workload and consistently achieve delivery timelines

Nice to have

  • Prior work in game development and/or customer success
  • Experience gathering user feedback through playtesting or focus testing to draw insights and guide decisions

Compensation

  • The pay range for this position in Toronto at the start of employment is expected to be between $75,700 and $112,060 CAD per Year.
