- Your role at a glance This position is responsible for manging the land portfolio, leading entitlement and post-closing activities as well as managing all pre-development work for NTT GDC America's recent acquisitions.
- A monthly stipend is provided to cover expenses associated with working remotely and use of a personal mobile device.

Requirements
- Ability to move equipment and other hardware up to 25 lbs.
- Travel required ~ 2 5 % of time.
- Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in project development, land management, asset management, and/or program management of Data Centers or similar high specification Corporate Real Estate.
Nice to have
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Degree preferences: Real estate, business management, construction, engineering, law
Compensation
- NTT Global Data Centers Americas, Inc. offers competitive compensation based on experience, education, and location.
- Base salary for this position is $147,700-$186,000.
- All regular full-time employees are eligible for an annual bonus; payout is dependent upon individual and company performance.
