About the role

  • Functional Responsibilities: Coordinates and supervises daily residential and program activities including supervision of staff, maintenance of residence, and teaching personal care of the consumers.
  • Organizes and facilitates opportunities for community integration in leisure and vocational areas for all consumers as well as maintaining open communications with the consumers family, service coordinators and responsible outside Departments.
  • Ensure all performance reviews are conducted annually and provide on-going supervision to all staff.

Responsibilities

  • Provide on-call support in the evening and on weekends for the group home(s) in conjunction with the Residential Director, Clinical Department and Nursing Department.
  • Manages program funds and supervises personal finances for each of the individuals.
  • Implement Policies and Procedures in accordance with the regulations of the State of Massachusetts and consistent with CRJ agency practice Researches and utilizes all available means of therapy in relation to each client's individual needs.
  • Implement all behavior plans, ISP objectives, ADL's, and recreational activities.
  • Performs other job related projects and activities as requested or directed.
  • Through delivering innovative programming and collaborating with community agencies, we provide hope and support to our clients as they make safe and successful transitions into their communities.
  • The CJI team brings decades of experience developing evidence-based, data-driven policies, managing complex processes with diverse stakeholders, and driving systems-level organizational change.
  • We offer a holistic approach by working to connect clients to basic needs and offering support to create change and increase stronger coping and life skills.

Requirements

  • The ability to adjust a presentation to the receptive abilities of listeners.
