About the role

If you've led teams in a high-volume fulfillment or distribution centre and want to bring that operational rigour to a growing healthcare company where your decisions carry real weight, this role is built for you.

You will collaborate closely with pharmacy operations, shipping, and leadership teams to maintain high-quality standards and support the growth of our mail-order pharmacy operations.
Own daily warehouse operations end to end - receiving, picking, packing, shipping, and inventory control.
Lead, coach, train, and schedule warehouse staff to drive productivity, accuracy, and engagement, supporting hiring and development as the team grows.
Maintain accurate inventory through cycle counts, reconciliations, and system controls.
Manage vendor relationships and delivery timelines for warehousing, shipping, and supply partners, identifying efficiency and cost-saving opportunities.

Supply forecasting or materials planning experience in a fulfillment setting.
Experience operating powered material handling equipment (stacker, pallet jack) - certification an asset
training provided.
