About the role
- This role is responsible for end-to-end program ownership, ensuring successful execution across multiple workstreams, vendors, and stakeholders while meeting business, technical, schedule, and budget objectives.

Responsibilities
- Own end to end delivery of SAP S4 HANA technical programs, including planning, execution, governance, and closure
- Lead multiple SAP workstreams such as S/4HANA implementation or conversion, integration, data migration, testing, and cutover
- Develop and maintain integrated program plans, schedules, milestones, and dependency management
- Ensure SAP solution design aligns with enterprise architecture, scalability, performance, and compliance standards
- Drive alignment and resolve escalations across cross functional and multi vendor teams Risk, Quality & Change Management
- Proactively identify technical, operational, and delivery risks and implement mitigation strategies
- Support cutover planning, go live readiness, and post go live stabilization
- Manage SAP program budgets, forecasts, and financial tracking
Requirements
- Proven experience delivering SAP S/4HANA implementations or conversions
- Strong understanding of SAP modules and enterprise integration landscapes
- Experience managing large, multi vendor, multi geography SAP S4 HANA programs
- The ideal candidate combines deep SAP technical understanding with strong program management, governance, and executive communication skills.
Compensation
- $140,000 to $160,000 Per Annum
- Discretionary Annual Incentive.
