About the role
- Coordinate administrative operations for clinical, research, or departmental programs.
- Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, take minutes, and coordinate follow-up actions.
- Organize events, workshops, and program activities.Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders to facilitate day-to-day operations.
Responsibilities
- Reporting directly to the Dentists, the Administrative Assistant II will provide essential day-to-day administrative support to ensure the smooth operation.
- Support payroll submissions, onboarding activities, and personnel documentation.
- Provide general administrative support to managers, physicians, and research teams.
- Obtain approvals and signatures for organizational documents and processes.
- Excellent organizational, prioritization, time management, and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple concurrent tasks.
- Ability to work independently, learn quickly, and perform effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion while handling sensitive information.
Requirements
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and experience using word processing, spreadsheet, database, and other office software.
- Knowledge of applicable legislative, UHN, and departmental policies, with a demonstrated commitment to producing high-quality work is an asset.
Nice to have
- Completion of a recognized business, office administration diploma program is preferred.

Compensation
- $ 25.56 - $31.95 per hour
