About the role
- TLC-specific duties include overseeing TLC facilities and technology, coordinating scheduling, monitoring operations in the tutoring spaces, and supporting both staff and the assistant director.
- The TLC Administrative Assistant also assists TLC student staff with maintaining a high level of professionalism among undergraduate peer educators.
- The position is also a contributing member of the TLC professional staff.
Responsibilities
- Maintains established methods and organizational systems directed at the maintenance of electronic/physical records related to work operations according to established policies and procedures
- The administrative operations lead supports Academic Success Centers through email and phone communication, event scheduling, supply procurement, and external communications, while also providing backup support for the reception area.
Requirements
- Experience in a fast-paced multi-tasking environment
- Experience with technology and software, including MS Office

Compensation
- Well-qualified candidates can expect a starting hourly rate of $19.14, commensurate with the candidate's education, related experience, and qualifications.
