About the role
- The AD Compliance & Administration Specialist assists in the processing of ADs from the release of the AD NPRM through the entire life cycle of the AD process to ensure all applicable ADs have been addressed.
- Regular attendance is a requirement of the role.
- Exposure to moderate noise (i.e. business office with computers, phones, printers, and foot traffic), temperature and light fluctuations.
Responsibilities
- Summary The Airworthiness Directive (AD) Compliance & Administration Specialist has the responsibility to ensure Allegiant remains in compliance to Title 14 of the Code of Federal Regulations (14 CFR) part 39, Airworthiness Directives by assisting in the management activities involved in planning, support, provisioning, implementation, recoding, and auditing of Airworthiness Directives, by the documented AD management process.
Requirements

- Office - While performing the duties of this job, the Team Member is regularly required to stand, sit, talk, hear, see, reach, stoop, kneel, and use hands and fingers to operate a computer, key board, printer, and phone.
- May be required to lift, push, pull, or carry up to 20 lbs.
- May be required to work various shifts/days in a 24-hour situation.
- Ability to work in a confined area as well as the ability to sit at a computer terminal for an extended period of time.
Nice to have
- Associate's degree or higher in a related field preferred.
- Analytical skills to effectively & efficiently solve problems.
- Proficiency in the use of computers and the associated programs utilized (MS Word, Excel, and Outlook).
- Basic math, vocabulary, reading skills.
- Effective ability to communicate orally or in written form effectively with co-workers and management.
- Preferred Requirements
- Associate's degree or higher in a related field.
- Three (3) years of experience working in an airline engineering department.
Compensation
- $55k-$70k
