- Take ownership of their numbers, not blame the leads
- Build trust fast with homeowners
- Create a 5-star customer experience on every job
- You've never sold and closed your own jobs
- Able to perform the work yourself at a high level
Requirements
- Valid driver's license (3+ years driving record)
- Ability to lift 75 lbs., bend, climb, kneel, and work in varying temperatures.
- Minimum of 1 year in garage door sales and service
- You can't speak to your numbers (close rate, avg ticket, etc.)
Compensation
- $100k-$300k
