Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with VIP players by delivering personalized service and fostering long-term loyalty.
- Drive customer engagement, market share, and net revenue growth through proactive outreach and relationship-building strategies.
- Partner with internal teams to deliver a seamless, high-quality VIP experience across all customer interactions.
- Manage escalated customer issues and collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver timely and effective resolutions.
- Experience building and maintaining strong customer relationships, ideally with high-value or VIP clients.
- Proven ability to identify opportunities, implement improvements, and contribute to operational efficiency.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
Requirements
- A Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, Communications, or a related field, or at least 5 years of experience in the Gaming, Hospitality, Sales, or Marketing industry.
- Ability to obtain and maintain all required State Gaming Licenses.
Compensation
- The US base salary range for this full-time position is 88,400.00 USD - 110,500.00 USD, plus bonus, equity, and benefits as applicable.
