- Join Our Team as a Banquet Cook Are you passionate about great food, teamwork, and creating memorable guest experiences?
- In this role, you will help prepare and present high-quality food for banquets, events, and food and beverage operations while working alongside a supportive team in a fast-paced, hands-on kitchen environment.
Responsibilities
- Follow recipes, presentation standards, and guidance from culinary leadership to deliver consistent results.
- Partner with kitchen and food and beverage team members to support smooth, timely event execution.
- Use kitchen equipment safely and help maintain a clean, sanitary, and organized work environment.
- Support the team with ordering, basic computer tasks, POS system use, and money handling when needed.
Requirements
- The ability to stay organized and work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen.
- Food safety certification required or ability to obtain as needed.
Nice to have
- Five years of cooking experience preferred
- banquet or high-volume production experience is a plus.
- California RBS certification preferred or required when applicable.
Compensation
- Pay Range: $16.90 - $30.00
