About the role
- You will be able to articulate and influence at the executive level (VP, Senior Director) to effect meaningful business transformation and GenAI/Agentic AI innovation.
- Making thoughtful trade-offs to balance quality, value and schedule are foundational to the success of this role.
- Your research and analysis will help proactively identify and prioritize features in product and program roadmaps.
Responsibilities
- Work with the Integrated Customer Experience (ICX) business unit to simplify processes and efficiently deliver business value.
- Own the effort to instill product management standards and a focused approach to building an innovative product roadmap bringing to bear strategic enterprise vendor partners such as Microsoft (Dynamics) and Amazon (Connect) as well as Adobe's own Experience Platform and Experience Management solutions.
- Present to VP/Sr. Director level partners every quarter on product roadmap attainment and service management based on data and insight.
- Partner with Business Unit, Marketing Ops, Sales Ops, Revenue Ops and Legal Ops to understand end-to-end requirements and distill into a relevant, actionable roadmap
- Excellent communications skills both written and spoken, and consistent record to influence executive partners.
- Practical knowledge of B2C and B2B Routes-to-Market, business processes, applications (Marketing, Sales, Quoting, Contracting as well as complex large-scale integrations) and organizational structures that support enterprise, commercial and partner selling motions.
- Demonstrable ability to lead and align multiple partners across various levels of the organization and geographies.

- Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets.
- The U.S. pay range for this position is $155,200 -- $304,100 annually.
- Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.

- In California, the pay range for this position is $210,000 - $304,100
- At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans.
