- Louis is currently seeking a Administrative Veterinary Receptionist (Care Coordinator) to join our team!
- Position Overview Join our team as a Administrative C are Coordinator who contributes to the success of a high-performing organization committed to delivering superior care and exceptional service.
Responsibilities
- Manages lobby flow, addresses concerns, calms distressed owners, and schedules appointments.
- Inputs and manages data in practice management software, including billing and accounts.
- Reconciles cash drawer and performs end-of-day duties for accurate financial transactions.
- Local autonomy with national support
Nice to have
- Provides excellent customer service in-person, over the phone, and during high-stress situations.
- Assists with medication pickups, inquiries, and provides information about services and products.
- Assists with retail sales, weighing pets, processing faxes, and maintaining records.
- Applicants must be 18 years of age or older to be considered for this position
- Reception and front desk experience
- Answering multi-line phones
- Patient check-in and check-out
- Basic computer skills
