Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent experience.
3-5 years of Salesforce platform development experience.
Experience with Salesforce Lightning Experience, Lightning Web Components, Apex, Flow, and deployment management.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
Advanced knowledge of Salesforce Platform capabilities and development best practices.
Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex, Visualforce, Flow, Platform Events.
Salesforce DX (SFDX), Git, DevOps Center, and CI/CD automation.
REST/SOAP APIs, OAuth, Connected Apps, and integration architecture.
HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSON, and web technologies.
SQL, SOQL, relational databases, and data management.
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.

Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I
Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II
Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder.
Salesforce Certified Administrator
Salesforce AI Associate
Salesforce Agentforce Specialist
Experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and enterprise integrations preferred.
Knowledge of Einstein AI, Agentforce, and Salesforce AI technologies preferred.

Participate in code reviews, architecture reviews, and technical solution discussions.
Utilize Salesforce DX (SFDX), Git, DevOps Center, and CI/CD deployment pipelines.
Troubleshoot platform issues and provide root cause analysis for defects and production incidents.
Ensure compliance with HIPAA, PHI, PII, SOX, and enterprise security requirements.
