About the role

- This role is ideal for a highly skilled installer who takes pride in craftsmanship, leadership, and problem-solving.
- You'll play a key role in mentoring apprentices, coordinating with field leadership, and helping projects stay on track.
Responsibilities
- Lead installation of HVAC systems for residential and commercial projects
- Maintain accurate job documentation, including materials and work completed
- Proven leadership or crew lead experience
- Opportunity to mentor apprentices and lead projects
Requirements
- Strong understanding of HVAC systems, installation practices, and building codes
- Ability to read blueprints and job specifications
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs., climb ladders, and work in tight spaces
- Minimum age of 18 required
Nice to have
- 5+ years of HVAC installation experience preferred

- $35k-$45k
