About the role

  • The IM will play a pivotal role in leading and managing strategic projects across the company.
  • They will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Product, Engineering, and Customer Success, to ensure seamless process management and client satisfaction.
  • This role requires a combination of project management expertise, technical acumen, and excellent relationship management skills, as well as experience in the healthcare IT sector.

Responsibilities

  • Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and milestones.
  • Collaborate with the product and engineering teams to address technical requirements and ensure implementation plan
  • Post-Implementation Support:
  • It then drives action through automated, empathetic outreach in 55+ languages/dialects to engage individuals across voice, SMS, and email, and coordinating referrals to the right services at the right time.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of relevant experience in leading and implementing projects end-to-end
  • Experience with complex B2B SaaS implementation
  • Ability to operate effectively and adapt to the changing environment in an early stage startup.
  • Lead and manage the end-to-end implementation process for new initiatives and strategic projects, as well as on-going required projects.
