About the role

The IM will play a pivotal role in leading and managing strategic projects across the company.
They will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Product, Engineering, and Customer Success, to ensure seamless process management and client satisfaction.
This role requires a combination of project management expertise, technical acumen, and excellent relationship management skills, as well as experience in the healthcare IT sector.

Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and milestones.
Collaborate with the product and engineering teams to address technical requirements and ensure implementation plan
Post-Implementation Support:
It then drives action through automated, empathetic outreach in 55+ languages/dialects to engage individuals across voice, SMS, and email, and coordinating referrals to the right services at the right time.

Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of relevant experience in leading and implementing projects end-to-end
Experience with complex B2B SaaS implementation
Ability to operate effectively and adapt to the changing environment in an early stage startup.
Lead and manage the end-to-end implementation process for new initiatives and strategic projects, as well as on-going required projects.
