About the role
- Position Overview Join a collaborative and compassionate team in our Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit (CVICU), where your expertise-and your heart-make a meaningful impact.
- We're seeking an open‑minded, eager‑to‑learn Registered Nurse to join us in a part‑time night shift role, working three 12‑hour night shifts per week.
- This position is ideal for a nurse who thrives in a high‑acuity environment and is committed to delivering exceptional, patient‑centered care during the critical overnight hours.
Responsibilities
- Assess, plan, coordinate, implement, and evaluate nursing care for a group of patients
- Support effective resource utilization, including staffing, time, and supplies
- Provide support and guidance to new employees and students
- Perform Charge Nurse or Shift Coordinator responsibilities when assigned
Requirements
- Minimum Required:
- Additional skills certifications as required (e.g., ACLS, PALS, TNCC)
Nice to have
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
- Previous clinical nursing experience in an acute care or ambulatory setting

Compensation
- $40.70 - $61.05 per hour, depending on experience
- Up to a $25,000 sign-on bonus for candidates who meet eligibility criteria.
