About the role

  • The VP of Commercial Private Credit will engage in credit origination and structuring across South Florida, specifically Miami-Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach counties.

Responsibilities

  • Build relationships with companies, financial sponsors and strategic advisors.
  • Partner with underwriting and risk teams.
  • Partner with senior leadership on growth initiatives.
  • Independently manage and consistently meet your funding targets and goals.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in commercial lending or private credit.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to self-source opportunities in assigned market channel.
  • Strong and proven track record of deal origination and execution.
  • Strong written and oral communications skills required.
  • Ability to work well with a variety of people at all levels of the organization.
  • Deep understanding of the financial markets and alternative financing.
  • Strong South Florida market network.
  • MBA Preferred
  • Salary Range: $125K-$160K
