  • You'll blend hands-on program execution with client-facing partnership-serving as both the engine behind seamless delivery and a trusted resource to consultants and account teams.

Responsibilities

  • Manage logistics, timelines, and deliverables across multiple client programs simultaneously
  • Monitor participation and outcomes to ensure programs deliver measurable results
  • Partner with Clients
  • Build strong, consultative relationships through proactive communication and responsiveness
  • Support consultants and account managers with program insights, recommendations, and follow-ups
  • Manage Projects & Vendors
  • Maintain organized project plans, timelines, and documentation across initiatives
  • Support budgeting processes, including tracking expenses and invoice coordination
  • Maintain accurate records of activities, milestones, and performance data
  • Collaborate across teams to support integrated client strategies

Requirements

  • Experience working in a client-facing, service-oriented environment
  • Proven ability to coordinate complex programs or events from start to finish
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word)

Compensation

  • The base pay offered will be determined based on your experience, skills, training, certifications and education, while also considering internal equity and market data.
  • 22 PTO days starting out for hourly/non-exempt employees
  • The national average salary for this role is $65,000.00 - $80,000.00 in base pay and exclusive of any bonuses or benefits.
