- As a Senior Wellbeing Coordinator, you'll play a key role in bringing that vision to life for our clients.
- You'll blend hands-on program execution with client-facing partnership-serving as both the engine behind seamless delivery and a trusted resource to consultants and account teams.

Responsibilities
- Manage logistics, timelines, and deliverables across multiple client programs simultaneously
- Monitor participation and outcomes to ensure programs deliver measurable results
- Partner with Clients
- Build strong, consultative relationships through proactive communication and responsiveness
- Support consultants and account managers with program insights, recommendations, and follow-ups
- Manage Projects & Vendors
- Maintain organized project plans, timelines, and documentation across initiatives
- Support budgeting processes, including tracking expenses and invoice coordination
- Maintain accurate records of activities, milestones, and performance data
- Collaborate across teams to support integrated client strategies
Requirements
- Experience working in a client-facing, service-oriented environment
- Proven ability to coordinate complex programs or events from start to finish
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word)

Compensation
- The base pay offered will be determined based on your experience, skills, training, certifications and education, while also considering internal equity and market data.
- 22 PTO days starting out for hourly/non-exempt employees
- The national average salary for this role is $65,000.00 - $80,000.00 in base pay and exclusive of any bonuses or benefits.
