Responsibilities
- Once the pre-construction team hands the project off to the Project Manager, the Project Manager is lead in all aspects regarding the project such as (and not limited to), contract management, communication, reporting, schedule maintenance, budget maintenance, change management, risk management, document control, meetings, meeting minutes, lessons learned tracking, and project closeout.
- Determines and manages schedules and budgets for assigned project proposal and close outs, monitors progress and manages material logistics. Interfaces with procurement and subcontract personnel to facilitate seamless coordination between the office and field.
- Supports the relationship with the customer at a professional and technical level - including supporting questions, evaluation requirements and system design.
- Set goals for field management, subcontractors and vendors. Motivate and manage to keep on task.
- Manage performance, productivity and work quality of all field management, subcontractors and vendors to complete projects on time.
- Manage and coordinate the delivery of material and equipment to optimize job efficiency, ensure production is not impacted or additional cost incurred.
- Implements and enforces all company and contractual policies, safety standards and installation best practices.

- This level of Project Manager is a fully qualified professional, proficient in the utilization of current design and construction practices.
Requirements
- Engineering, Construction Management or Architectural degree or equivalent experience
- Field construction management experience (5-8 years, including supervisory skills)
- Fundamental knowledge of contract law and project accounting

- Assists in determining the technical skills and staff hours required for successful completion of the project.
Compensation
- $110,448.00 - $138,060.00
