About the role
- The starting pay range for this position per hour is $23.75 - $25.75.
- The full pay range for this position per hour is $23.75 - $40.40 Pay is based on several factors which vary based on position.
- These include labor markets and in some instances may include education, work experience and certifications.
Responsibilities
- Consistently deliver guest experience commitments to create an Easy, Inspiring and Friendly guest experience.
- Ensures every team member understands, is trained, and consistently delivers on Target's guest experience commitments and consistent operations.
- Reviews area guest, financial, and team outcome metrics to identify opportunities, takes action to improve, and aligns team on the right behaviors and execution, celebrates wins, drives results that deliver outcomes and elevates the guest experience.
- Utilize technology (e.g. Mobile Device, AI) to create, troubleshoot, prioritize, and safely complete work orders.
- Perform preventive maintenance on building assets and equipment, including Plumbing, HVAC, Refrigeration, Life Safety Power Systems and Electrical.
- With Property Management Business Partner guidance, evaluate store brand and ensure assets and vendor performance meets maintenance and functionality standards.
- Assist in executing special projects, remodels and support PM assets and service strategies in partnership with store team.

Skills
- Identify and perform corrective maintenance on building assets.
- Assist in managing emergency situations as needed in partnership with store and field leaders.
