About the role

  • Leading with a client first mindset, a successful candidate for this role will have strong interpersonal skills and their focus will be on delivering an exceptional client experience.
  • In supporting Financial Advisor(s) (FAs)/ Private Wealth Advisor(s) (PWAs)/ teams, this role will focus on assisting in areas such as digital marketing, portfolio holdings and/or proposal tools and financial planning.

Responsibilities

  • Wealth Management Associates provide exceptional service to our clients and support Financial Advisor(s) (FAs)/ Private Wealth Advisor(s) (PWAs)/ teams on a daily basis.
  • As senior members of the service team, through regular interactions with clients, individuals in this role build trusted relationships.
  • At Morgan Stanley, we raise, manage and allocate capital for our clients - helping them reach their goals.

Compensation

  • Expected base pay rates for the role will be between $75,000 and $125,000 per year at the commencement of employment.
  • However, base pay if hired will be determined on an individualized basis and is only part of the total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include commission earnings, incentive compensation, discretionary bonuses, other short and long-term incentive packages, and other Morgan Stanley sponsored benefit programs.
