About the role
- Are you passionate about providing exceptional customer service and solving problems in a fast-paced environment?
- We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our Edmonton Regional Distribution Centre team.
- In this role, you will be the key point of contact for customers, ensuring orders are tracked, questions are answered, and issues are resolved quickly and professionally.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through proactive communication and follow-up.
- Support warehouse operations by assisting with "hold until complete" orders.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in warehousing, distribution, logistics, customer service, or a related field.
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
Nice to have
- Experience working in heavy equipment, transportation, industrial, oilfield, or related industries.
- Previous experience as a Parts Technician, Mechanic, Service Advisor, or similar role.
- Experience using warehouse management or ERP systems.
