About the role
- The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for managing full-cycle recruiting for professional staff positions across multiple offices and business functions.
- The ideal candidate will have at least three years of recruiting experience, preferably with some experience in a law firm, professional services, or other corporate environment.
Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruiting for professional staff positions across multiple offices and departments, including intake meetings, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer support, and candidate communication.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand position requirements, team dynamics, market conditions, and hiring priorities.
- Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies to identify qualified candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, direct outreach, networking, and other recruiting channels.
- Maintain timely and accurate candidate records in the applicant tracking system.
- Support process consistency, compliance, and best practices across professional staff recruiting.
- Collaborate with other members of the Talent Acquisition team on recruiting initiatives, reporting, process improvements, and special projects.
Requirements
- Experience managing full-cycle recruiting for professional staff, administrative, legal support, or business services roles preferred.
- Excellent communication, follow-up, organization, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to manage multiple open positions and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Greenhouse experience is a plus.

- At least three years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience.
- Prior experience recruiting within a law firm, legal services, professional services, or corporate environment strongly preferred.
- Strong sourcing skills and familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, applicant tracking systems, and other recruiting tools.
- Strong judgment, professionalism, and discretion when handling confidential information.
