About the role

Responsibilities

  • Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of enterprise ERP solutions.
  • Drive solution governance and ensure alignment between business goals and technical delivery.
  • Partner with implementation consultants and business stakeholders to facilitate process workshops and define future-state operating models.
  • Lead requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, and solution design decisions.
  • Collaborate across functional teams to ensure successful execution of ERP initiatives.
  • Identify project risks, resolve issues proactively, and drive successful outcomes from planning through go-live.
  • We are seeking a strategic and collaborative Director, Information Services (ERP Solution Architect) to lead a transformative ERP modernization initiative.
  • In this highly visible role, you will partner with business and technology leaders to design and deliver a future-state ERP ecosystem that supports growth, operational excellence, and innovation across the organization.
  • As the ERP Solution Architect and business partner, you will guide the organization through implementation strategy, solution design, deployment, and post-go-live optimization.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of ERP solution architecture, implementation, or enterprise systems leadership experience.
  • Hands-on experience with one or more of the following platforms:

  • Experience leading multi-site or multi-company ERP implementations.
  • Background in manufacturing, distribution, metals, supply chain, or industrial environments.

  • Experience leveraging data, analytics, and artificial intelligence to improve business outcomes and operational efficiency.
  • Influence technology strategy and business process modernization.

Compensation

  • $150k - 175k base salary + 20% annual bonus incentive
