- Director, Information Services (ERP Solution Architect)
Responsibilities
- Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of enterprise ERP solutions.
- Drive solution governance and ensure alignment between business goals and technical delivery.
- Partner with implementation consultants and business stakeholders to facilitate process workshops and define future-state operating models.
- Lead requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, and solution design decisions.
- Collaborate across functional teams to ensure successful execution of ERP initiatives.
- Identify project risks, resolve issues proactively, and drive successful outcomes from planning through go-live.
- We are seeking a strategic and collaborative Director, Information Services (ERP Solution Architect) to lead a transformative ERP modernization initiative.
- In this highly visible role, you will partner with business and technology leaders to design and deliver a future-state ERP ecosystem that supports growth, operational excellence, and innovation across the organization.
- As the ERP Solution Architect and business partner, you will guide the organization through implementation strategy, solution design, deployment, and post-go-live optimization.

Requirements
- 7+ years of ERP solution architecture, implementation, or enterprise systems leadership experience.
- Hands-on experience with one or more of the following platforms:

- Experience leading multi-site or multi-company ERP implementations.
- Background in manufacturing, distribution, metals, supply chain, or industrial environments.
- Microsoft Azure integration services
- Microsoft Power Platform
- Microsoft Fabric
- Experience leveraging data, analytics, and artificial intelligence to improve business outcomes and operational efficiency.
- Influence technology strategy and business process modernization.
- Work remotely while supporting a dynamic and growing business.

Compensation
- $150k - 175k base salary + 20% annual bonus incentive
